iLevvy Pte. Ltd. (“iLevvy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates an AI powered corporate tax preparation and advisory platform, including iFile and iAdvise (the “Platform”).

AI processing is conducted to support professional workflows.

We do not use client specific confidential financial documents to train publicly accessible AI systems.

Where system improvements are made, they are based on anonymised or aggregated data wherever reasonably possible.


6. Consent

By using the Platform and submitting personal data, users consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data for the purposes stated in this Policy.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have obtained necessary consent from individuals whose personal data is uploaded into the Platform.

Where consent is withdrawn, we will cease collection and use of personal data unless retention is required by law or contractual obligation.


7. Disclosure of Personal Data

We may disclose personal data to:

  • The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) for filing purposes

  • Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers

8. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Uploaded financial documents are not retained after the completion of the tax filing process.

  • Client financial documents are deleted from active operational systems once filing and related processing are finalised.

Backup systems, where applicable, follow secure retention cycles and are not used for operational processing.

We do not retain client financial documents for unrelated purposes.
